The City of Portland Office of Sustainable Development presents the BEST Awards annually to businesses demonstrating an extraordinary commitment to sustainability. ![]() This distinction is bestowed upon Portland area businesses that do an outstanding job of reducing waste, buying recycled products and recycling. ("Blueworks" became "Recycleworks" in 2007)
